London Trip - Episode1

LONDON TRIP
Episode One on 29 August 2007
Today quite chilly but Lucky that have Sunshine all day


09.15am
Walked to Chesham Station.



09.29am
Bought tickets at Chesham Station £7.80 each.



This is the last station on the Metropolitan London underground (tube) line.











09.37am
Train left Chesham.





09.48am
Changed at Chalfont and Latimer







10.22am
Passed the New Wembley Stadium (for football or music concerts)



10.30am
Changed at Finchley.



Road, From here we went underground on the Jubilee line.







10.46am
Got off at Green Park station.













10.52am
Walked through Green Park to Buckingham Palace.













11.00am
Waited for the Changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace.


































11.30am
Saw Changing of the Guard.















12.00pm
Walked up The Mall (the name of the road)



















12.20pm
Passed Trafalgar Square and saw Nelson's Column. Nelson is the famous British sailor who defeated the French at the battle of Trafalgar.













12.30pm
Crossed the river Thames at Charing Cross Bridge (Golden Jubilee Bridge).

From the bridge we could see The London Eye, Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament.















12.40pm
Saw many types of street theatre. The London Eye is situated on the South Bank and many street entertainers were performing there.



























12.50pm
Bought the London Eye tickets (fast track £25) and waited to board the capsule.








13.10pm
Boarded the London Eye capsule. We could see Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament. We heard an announcement to buy a souvenir photograph of ourselves in the capsule. which had been taken by an automatic digital camera during the ride.



















































13.30pm
Left the London Eye capsule.





13.35pm
Queued to get the photo souvenir.





14.30pm

15.15pm
Queued to buy tickets to London Aquarium at the Country Hall.





15.33pm
Bought the Aquarium tickets (Adult £13.25).














































































































17.26pm
Walked across the river on the Westminster bridge, We could see Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

Caught Taxi to Leicester Square.











17.54pm
Arrived at Leicester Square.















18.00pm
Bought Chicken Bites and Chips at Burger King.





18.11pm
Caught underground tube at Leicester Square.









18.14pm
Changed at Piccadilly Circus.



18.24pm
Changed at Marylebone - British Rail.





19.46pm
Got off at Amersham. Caroline picked us up.

Supper at Blue Orchid (Thai restaurant). You can easy to see what Thai food that we had - it's interesting!!! I met Thai people their woke at this restaurant. I very happy that is my first time that I saw THAT PEOPLE and I had a bit of Thai CHATTED :) I known one of them Her name's Tang-mo and we had a photo to show you as well. Thai dress is the most beautiful!!! ha ha ha...
